It requires the ability to allocate duties and schedule rosters, set and maintain team and individual performance standards, facilitate open communication and resolve individual or team concerns. It also requires the ability to coordinate and facilitate team development and team performance.This unit may form part of the licensing requirements for persons involved in specific security activities in those states and territories where these are regulated activities. | ||
